The version I have (don't have the v# here) works reasonably well on most things, but when you use the VGA mode on VGA pictures, it totally hoses the color map. Surrealistic, but not useful. I normally use FASTGIF, and I even took the time to register it. As you describe the new vgif, it would be useful enough to register that, too. Until we get a GIF group... does anyone have any converters for other picture systems? I have seem pictures which were converted from mac, and I think from paintbruch as well.
