I'll be giving a course in code optimisation/quality code generation in the
next academic year (and in the process learning the stuff properly myself
:-)). So I'm looking for a good text book (or possibly other material) on the
subject, suitable for teaching. Any ideas, folks? If possible, I'd also like
to hear your opinions the book/whatever.
