	data modems and fax modems are two entirely different animals.
	they are thoroughly incompatible...  there is one PC-Fax board
	maker which includes a normal hayes modem onboard, as well...
	i can't recall which one it is...  PC Week and most of the 
	PC magazines have done reviews of many of the different brands...
	there are over 20 different manufacturers...
