Updates to mh-e did not get included in the 18.51 distribution.  A
compressed copy of the *entire* program is on prep.ai.mit.edu in

	/u/emacs/mh-e.el.Z

It is around 32K bytes.

I would suggest that all mh-e users arrange to get the latest copy
since it fixes many small bugs.
