Due to the continuing communications problems being experienced in the
Chicago area due to a switch fire in the Illinois Bell Hinsdale Central
office, communications with ihnp4 to a number of other locations around
North America have been interrupted.  It will be WEEKS before the system
is fully restored.  So, everyone should be aware that mail traffic through
ihnp4 will be even worse than usual.
