PC Week got a bit confused. It seems that there was an article in the Tokyo general- circulation newspaper, which got translated and then quoted in Infoworld and PC week. I called VM in Tsukuba to get the real story. Note that the chip is NOT fully 386 compatible -- it does not implement the MMU functions.
