One day I'd like to make up a replacement for NETSERVER.EXE
which could be used to control the kind of objects that certain accounts
are allowed to execute (in particular, of course, the DECNET default).

Question: Has anybody made up such a program already?
        (I skimmed through the fiche, it's rather short
        and just using 2 of those undocumented DECnet-ACP-QIOs.)
        You see, I'm just lazy :-)
