	Hello,

	  Does anyone know how to get the idle time of a process/terminal?

	I know finger uses a kernel mode subroutine called tt_ucb 

	to get idle times from the UCB's.  The problem is that we have 

	LTA (lat) terminals here and tt_ucb won't work with lat terminals.
