His address is PENSTONE@QUCDNEE1.BITNET. You would be better off asking him about it as it is very likely he has a newer version. It will read and write tar-format tapes, but our version destroys binary (executable) files, which generally doesn't matter anyway since one is rarely going to be reading a tar tape on a VMS machine that was written on a VMS machine.
