         If on invoking SPAWN ... you get an ' unable to spawn
         subprocess ' ONE of the killers is fixed in AUTHORIZE ... at
         UAF> MODIFY { * | USER_ME } /PRCLM= currval+{2,...,8} as the
         user Process Limit set upper bound on how many
         contemporaneous processes may belong to this user.  Check
         spelling PRCLM with UAF> HELP MODIFY.  Though less likely,
         there are some SYSGEN parameters which *could* limit
         processes. /Ev/
