Dear Netlanders,

  I would like to obtain a copy of GNU C for the VAX under VMS.  Does anyone
have a working copy that I could FTP or that could be HEXified and mailed?
I have a copy of the source but no way to compile it..  The proverbial chicken
and egg problem.  Any help or direction would be appreciated.
