The Free Software Foundation is now making VMS GNU C tapes -- it consists
of the sources and a bootstrap compiler (which can then be used to make
any NEW versions of GNU C).  Due to space limitations on the MIT machines,
GCC for VMS is not available for FTP.  If somebody wishes to volunteer a
machine on which to place it, please let me know.
