Avi Lin of Temple University has a number of papers on various subjects
such as _A_New_Parallel_Algorithm_for_LU_Decomposition_ (written with
He Zhang, a graduate student), _A_New_Parallel_Algorithm_For_Linear_
Triangler_Systems_, etc.  He visted Bar-Ilan University in Israel
a few weeks ago, and I picked up a few papers.  If there is any interest,
please let me know.
