I have a KFPS-2 connected to an Interlan NT100 transceiver. I am able to load it using FastPath Manager. When it starts I see, in the diagnostic packets window, the following messages: KFPS AT NODE #220, 27 buffers, Version 1.0, SUBNET IP routing ON, OPTIONS=0 and then continously BAD ETHER TRANSMIT STATUS: 8400 If I load the KIP 1/88 gateway code I get the same error. The Kinetics manual says: 8400 no carrier Probable error: transceiver cable not connected This is not the case. I've connected a PC to the same cable and it works fine.
