The University of Pennsylvania Data Communications and Computing Services
group has chosen WIN/TCP for VMS as the best solution for VMS TCP/IP.

We are not using any of them as Domain Name Servers, but they all work
very well as DNS clients.  In fact, the system works better than standard
4.2bsd (many 4.2 TCP/IP problems are fixed).
