Distributing public domain software *is* part of FTP Software's line of
business. FTP offers a disk (part number PC-800) with some public domain
software (name servers, time servers, replacement TFTP server for BSD Unix)
priced at roughly production cost. If someone could get hold of the emulator,
it would make a good addition to this disk.
