[Certain food under certain conditions, makes a good solution.] If it is a bug, it would be easier to find it if we knew what version of nethack (or this could even be hack) this is. From my experience, I have never had any problems moving while invisible, (except for missteps and such) but then I haven't been able to play nethack v2.3.
