i am looking for software to do multivariate regression analysis.
the software must be able to handle an arbitrarily large and
variable number of independent variables. source would be preferable,
but the language in which the software is written is immaterial.
i do not usually do "number crunching", so i am at a loss to know
even where to look for this sort of thing. any pointers would be
appreciated.
