What I would really like is either source to Daleks or a version which
runs on a MAC- SE .  The old version I have (like several other
applications) crashes these new machines.
Failing that, and probably revealing my total ignorance about Mac
operating systems ( :=( ), how would someone like to write what might
be called "SlowFinder," a pseudofinder which somehow parses or filters
those old applications and makes them compatible with the SE system?

Just hoping...
