I would like to find a C program which would read shar's and attempt
to perform the actions in them WITHOUT the benefit of popen's, system() calls,
etc.  That is, it should recognize a cat >> variety of file creation and
create the appropriate file, recognize sed variety of file creation and strip
off appropriate charcter and create that file, etc.
