A while back, someone posted information about an c-implementaion of
the commnd jsys (ala dec-20) whioch does command and filename
completion someone on one of the Columbia servers.  Does someone have
a similar set of routines, or could somone tell me how to FTP them
from Columbia.  I wish to add some fancy parsing to a program I am
writing in Turbo-C under MS-DOS.
