For you news.admin people, the original message included about 15 lines of
programs, mostly copyrighted commercial programs.

I think this is a pretty flagrant violation of whatever sets of rules most
systems try to abide by. I know the FBI will see this, since uunet sends
them a tape, but what other action should be taken in the meantime?
