Multi-tasking

Multi-task. Really, I'm not kidding.  If you've never had multi-tasking (not
that fake they call Multi-Finder, ever worked on a Sun?), you won't consider
it important.  If you've EVER had multi-tasking, you won't consider any
computer important without it!

Also, HAM is great.  I collect HAM nudes and I might as well have a magazine
on the screen.  (sounds perverted, but its a gentleman's pursuit)  HAM stands
for Hold And Modify which allows 4096 colors on the screen at once.  Right now
the only constraint is that the digitizing software can't decide which color to
choose 100% of the time.

Adding peripherals are a bear for my A1000.  Cost is prohibitive. Intuition is
slow.  2M really slows process switching.  A2000 corrects first two gripes.

>4.  How does it differ from the Mac?

APPLE SUPPORTS THEIR MACHINES!!  Mac has REAL system software.  Mac has a new
OS every 8 mo.
However:::: Amy has true multi-tasking in 256K.

>5.  What features do you make use of on a day-to-day basis?

Multi-Tasking.  I edit multiple documents DAILY!!  I download, print docs, and
play Conquest WEEKLY SIMULTANEOUSLY!!  i love the mouse.

Music. Voice Synthesis.

>7.  What breaks, and how often?  (Like how often does it crash?)

Intuition, some commercial programs, lots of PD programs.
