   I have found a strange bug in Mach. It only happens when I'm
playing Shanghai in tournament mode. The game timer does not decrement
properly. Instead it decrements only with mouse movements.
If I turn off MACH's mouse accelerator, Shanghai works properly.
Or is it a bug in Shanghai?
