Turns out my suspicions were fairly accurate - Mr. Zenchelsky is not even in high school yet, he's only 12 years old. Now, this does not excuse his actions, but I hope that it puts the situation in a different perspective. In any event, I did not get a chance to approach him personally (I'm really busy at JAUG meetings, since I run the show), but I did alert my Membership VP and he did get the chance to approach him. I am assured by my associate, Thom Madura, that he made Daniel aware that pirates are not welcome in our User Group, in the Amiga Community, or on Usenet. Since we now have a way of contacting Daniel directly (he did join our group), I will approach him myself with the concerns of the net. Please mail your comments directly to me - I will be calling him sometime late this week. I hope this puts the discussion to a rest - please send further discussion my way.
