I have learned about enough BASIC to do minor mods on some BASIC programs, but I have come up against a wall. I have a Phone list program that I converted from Dos3.3 (remember DOS3.3?) over to PRODOS. It is the old phone list program that appeared on Apple's Sample Programs Disk. I would like the program to search for a string of characters regardless of thei r case. How do I do this? I.E. I want to be able to enter lower case letters from the keyboard and have the program find the Upper case matches. I know this is a pretty silly question, and I'm sorry to take up the space on t he net. Please respond via direct E mail. Thanks, David Oberhart CIS 72047,1004
