None.  IFF was developed at Electronic Arts as a file format to allow
various Amiga applications (and a FEW ST applications) to exchange
data.  TIFF was developed by Microsoft, Aldus (of PageMaker fame) and
the makers of some scanners, most notably Dest, for storing scanned
images and moving them between various resolution-independent
applications.
