I have no idea as to the volume of software sold via dealers vs. Mail Order in Europe, but if I'm in doubt, I'll pay the extra $$$ that the dealer charges to see whether or not the game (or anything else, for that matter) is worth getting - it would seem that this would be a, uh, viable way to find out if it ran in Mono...
