If Jerry Nowlin would like to invest in a copy of Degas Elite I think he'll find
that it will solve his problem - there's a facility included for picture
conversion. 
Rather than clag the DL with such mundanity I'm sure our more advanced (tr.:
speaking only C)  colleagues would prefer it if Jerry were to email me directly
for more info - then, perhaps, I'll get a returnpath for him that actually
works.
