Well, gang, for the record...

My original C-64 power supply died over the weekend.  Four years--is
that about the average life expectancy?  I picked up a CPS-10 at a
local computer store the next day, so I'm back in business.

Plus, if I cut loose the black glob from the old one, I have a
heavy-duty line cord available to use!  :^)
