I am still interested in dispersing my BIOS changes, but have had no luck
with DEC or anyone else.  Does anyone know any computer lawyers who may have
ideas on what is a legal way to give out changes?  Can I send out the changes
to anyone who sends proof of ownership of the original DEC code (which it
seems people do with AT&T UNIX code)?
