does anyone out there know what the smallest interleave an 10 Mhz AT
can have with a ST251 disk (40ms).  the AT is an alr dart -- the manual
doesn't say how many wait states it uses -- so i suspect that there is
one wait state rather than 0.  if anyone has checked this out before, 
i'd like to hear about it -- it would save me the trouble of reformatting
and benchmarking repeatedly...
