Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but...

Dr. Dobb's Journal's May issue describes the TIFF graphics interchange
format (becoming popular among desktop publishers) and a public-domain 
library of routines to deal with it.

Does anybody out there have the source code for this library, or any
other library of TIFF routines?
