  I believe they're different.  PC Paint is a product by Mouse Systems.  PC
  Paintbrush, which comes with MS Mouse and Logitech Mouse, is a product of
  ZSoft.  I've used both, and PC Paint is very different.  Of course, the
  file formats might still be the same....
