I believe that you can contact Micrografx for the .PIC file format.  I
_think_ they are willing to distribute it...

The .PIC file should be the same as that produced by Windows DRAW!, another
product from Micrografx.  BTW, they are selling their graphics library to
Windows application developers.

(No, I am NOT an employee of Micrografx, nor do I get a commission for
referals...  :-)
