I just bought a used pc-jr, and I need to upgrade the memory. But my local dealer tells me that to get 128k more, it will cost me more than I paid for the darn thing in the first place. I looked inside and saw that the memory board had the old 64k chips on it. So isnt it possible to replace them with 256k chips, and get a full 512k machine? I am desparate, any advice is welcome.
