If you have a communications program on both, just bring up the two programs on each machine. Then use their XMODEM, YMODEM, KERMIT or any other protocol they run to SEND from one to the other. For example, run XMODEM on one machine and place it in "SEND XMODEM" mode, then run XMODEM on the receiving machine and place it in "RECEIVE XMODEM" mode.
