It appears that the posting of AppMenu 2.0 (by Larry Rosenstein) was incorrect.
When I unstuff'd the StuffIt archive, I discovered that it was AppMenu 1.0!
The AppMenu posted was an INIT, yet according to the posting header, it is
supposed to be a CDEV.

Could either Larry or Roger Long fix this?
