Seriously, I doubt you'll find low-cost Ada, due to its narrow market (DoD), the bucks that narrow market has (mega), the extensive verfication requirements, and DoD's refusal to license subsets. I saw an ad a couple of years ago for a PC Ada compiler. They sold it with a 5M memory board, and the compiler ran in 80286 protected mode.
