(Which I don't have access Well I do know that there is a postscript program that can be sent to the LW to turn off the start page, but I don't know postscript so I can't help you But we had that same problem in the store I used to work at, and we found that if we pulled the paper tray out just a little bit then the printer would skip printing the startup page.
