While un-arcing the PICNIX package, I discovered the following (to my dismay).

-rw-r--r--  1 abelsanti            0 May 24 13:59 WC.COM

That's right, file size of 0 bytes.  If anyone has these files, please (PLEASE)
send me a copy (email or otherwise).  All other files came out ok, and work
fine.
