I'm in the process of setting up SV R3.1 V2 with STARLAN (between just
two 3B2/400s) and RFS, and am looking for suggestions for "good" values
for the tunable parameters.  For example, for my original 3.0 system, a
fellow on the hotline suggested these:
	VHNDFRAC=128
	BDFLUSHER=2
	NAUTOUP=15
	NCLIST=400
	NPROC=136
	NCALL=30, and
	NINODE=NS5INODE=NFILE=400
