I have been running NeWS on a Sun-2/120 and have been getting several
messages of the form:
	"Process: 0x175BCC   Error: timeout"

For instance, when I try starting an nterm console or when I run "garden.ps"
I get the timeout.  The timeouts do NOT occur when I run things on a Sun-3.

I assume that the timeouts result from the slower CPU.  Is there a way to
adjust the timeout value in NeWS for when I am using a slow (but cheap)
Sun-2?  (If it matters, I am using NeWS 1.1)
