Could the adminstrator of the site that feeds mfci give Tom Karzes a hand?
Cut off their feed, identify the person who calls in complaint, and send
along their name.

And if no one calls, just leave the feed cut off.  A site where "no one...
is responsible" is more trouble to the net at large than it's worth.
