With some regret, because we were perhaps the first Usenet site to do this,
utzoo is no longer sending out automatic acknowledgements of the receipt
of test messages.

(This has nothing to do with the recent misc.test "digest" problem, which
wasn't an issue for us because our acknowledger doesn't include the text
of the article being acknowledged.  The problem is that too much of our
news now comes in by paths that are to some degree news-only and don't
reliably pass mail.  I've gotten tired of all the mail bounces!)
