I would like to here from random number generator users as to what they
think is the best random number generator and why. In the reponses could
you include the name of the generator (if not the algorithm) and any 
special initialisation used. References to past test would be useful,
as will your evaluation of the RNG in your work (sighting a ref to a
paper you may have mentioned using the RNG along with evaluation).

Please let me know if you want the collection mailed to you, and when
I get the information I will mail it. At this time I do not know if
I will post it as news (maybe a stripped down version).
