Back around the end of January there was a discussion in this newsgroup
about some programs which cleaned up and checked FORTRAN code.
I believe the programs named were 'Toolpack' and  'Maintainablility
Analysis Tool'.  Are either of these in the public domain?  If not,
how much do they cost?  In any case, how does one go about getting
a copy of one or the other?
