Depending on the compile-speed and code quality of the compiler supplied with
1.3, I'm quite certain that it won't be long before someone comes up with a
cross-development solution using Turbo C.

What I'd like to see is a cross-development solution using Microport
System V/AT!

But first there needs to be a MINIX 1.3 ... then we'll see.
