I have discovered that Runoff will produce a ".hlp" file if the proper input type is specified, so I assume that there is a way to use Runoff to format help library files. After looking through the manuals, I have not been able to find an example or a template to use. Has anybody out there created a help library file that they could send to me (or a template)?
