The latest newsletter I have from FTP Software is dated 7/87 and has
a code of PA-0005A. It says
	In addition to single machine binary licenses, source
	licenses, vendor agreements and siter licenses are
	also available. A Development Kit for network application
	software is also available...
The price list from 4/88 has "PC/TCP Development Environment (for
Microsoft C 4.0) at $500 in two versions, having libraries for use
with two different versions of the software.
